We hold data on our members, and their personnel solely for the purposes of running the business of the user group and to enable us to contact our members from time to time. The data that we hold includes names, email addresses, phone numbers and job titles. We take seriously the right of the individual to have their data protected and their right to uninterrupted privacy.

Data is held solely for the purpose of the user group administration and is not shared with any third party, other than occasionaly informing RedSky IT which of its users are currently members of the user group.  In these instances RedSky IT will already hold the same data about these member companies.  Our data is derived from our assocoation with current and past members of the group.  No data is obtained from third parties other than data obtained from RedSky IT themselves. If called upon to do so we can confirm that no third party has been involved in the collation of the data we hold about you. We do not use automatic processes or mechanism to profile or handle your data.  Data will be held whilst a company is a member of the group.  Once a company leaves the group we will delete data pertaining to that company within six months of the end of membership.

Data is held on password-protected personal devices and backed up to off-line standalone disks.

Should you have any concerns, or wish your data to be removed from our database you may contact administrator@redskyusergroup.org.  We will ordinarily respond and or comply within 20 days of your contact, or if your have a serious concern you can call direct on 07794111968.

In the event that a breach of our database occurs we will advise the Information Commissioners Office (ICO.org.uk) within 72 hours of the breach coming to light, and our aim is to contact all parties impacted within 7 working days.
